The result of IBPS P.O Exam result has been out and about more than 1 lakh students cleared the exam. Now it’s time to prepare for interview to get final selection. Banks declared number of vacancies in their banks. You have to apply to different banks in which you want to face interview. To prepare for interview some basic interview questions are given below. Usually for bank interviews, there will be 2 to 3 persons in the interview panel. There are two types of interview questions 1. Basic HR interview questions and 2. Some banking term questions like SLR, Repo rate, CRR CASA, Basel norms and profit of the bank, difference between various banking products, about RBI, Current Affairs etc. the interviewer basically ask question in English. But you can answer in your language in which you have good command. Even you can speak mix of Hindi & English. The language does matter much but answering in English adds a good impression on interviewers. They will check your confidence level and your knowledge. The most important things what they notice is clarity of thoughts, good knowledge and correct reply. Even if you are not aware of answers of a few questions; it is not going to make any difference.
